At Little Roam, we want you and your little one to love every item you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To keep things organized and ensure we resolve your request as quickly as possible, all returns are handled primarily via email.
- Please contact us at help@shoplittleroam.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives at your home in Wilmington or beyond. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing, email us immediately. We’ll prioritize your case to ensure your baby doesn’t have to wait any longer for their gear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
