At Little Roam, we treat every order like a gift for our own family. We know that when you’re preparing for a new baby or a birthday, every day counts. That’s why we aim for total transparency about how we get your packages from our home in Wilmington, CA, to yours.

How We Calculate Your Delivery Date

To give you the most accurate expectation, please remember that your total waiting time is the sum of two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

  1. Handling & Processing (Our Part)

Once you place an order, we need a little time to hand-pick your items, check them for quality, and pack them securely.

  • Our Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: Usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
  1. Shipping Options & Transit Times (The Carrier’s Part)

We offer two main ways to get your baby essentials home:

Standard Shipping (Reliable & Affordable)

  • Cost: A flat rate of $5.99 (or FREE on all orders over $75).
  • Transit Time: Once it leaves our hands, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reach you.
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 6 to 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping (For the Eager Adventurers)

  • Cost: A flat rate of $12.90.
  • Transit Time: A faster journey that usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.
  1. Keeping You in the Loop

We don’t like being left in the dark, and we don’t want you to be either. As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number so you can follow your Little Roam treasures every step of the way.

  1. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We want to make sure your items go to the right nest. If you notice a mistake after ordering, please email us immediately at help@shoplittleroam.com.

  1. What if something goes wrong?

While we trust our shipping partners, sometimes the road can be bumpy. If your package is significantly delayed or arrives looking like it had a rough trip, please contact us primarily via email. We’ll jump in and help track it down or make things right.
